What are your interests and hobbies?
I’m drawn to Tao healing arts, cell-based embodiment, and archetypal psychology – the kind you live through your body until it becomes truth. I’m fascinated by metaphysics, sacred feminine leadership, and how the body always knows – long before the mind catches up.

When I’m not guiding women into the deepest layers of their cellular truth, I return to the wild to remember who I am, on flower meadows, in Bavarian forests, by alpine lakes and mountains. Nature is my mentor. She never rushes, and yet everything blooms.

My art is where frequency becomes form. I tell stories, write intuitively, work with voice and sound, and collect whispers from the unseen for my next VisionFilm – to shift energy, open hearts, and make visions visible. And when no one‘s listening (sometimes when they are): I beatbox funky soundeffects.

My kitchen is a ritual space. Cooking is one of my love languages. So is real, unguarded conversation. I flavor everything with turmeric and simmer saffron rice while talking archetypes. To me, a soulful meal can heal just as deeply as a somatic session. Nature, nourishment, and healing are not luxuries. They are returns. Remembrance. Reconnection. Essentials like breathing and and laughing – with wild joy and untamed flower meadow energy.

When did you first experience the TBI Method? (When did you first work with Christopher?)
I first experienced True Body Intelligence in 2020 – and something clicked deep inside me.

It wasn’t just another method. It felt like the missing link – not only in my own healing journey, yet also in the transformational work I guide with others. This work touched places no other modality had reached. I’m deeply grateful to have learned from Christopher, whose clarity, presence, and mastery shaped my path in ways words can hardly express. His mentorship opened a space where I could remember my own truth — and from that place, I now carry this work forward anchored in feminine energy and sacred wisdom.

When did you get certified in the TBI Method?
Iceland, 2022

Please tell us a little bit about your Transformational Journey.
I still remember the night the bomb hit our neighbor’s house. I was four years old, in the middle of Tehran during the war. We were hiding in the hallway, and my little body froze—my breath held, sirens echoing through my nervous system.

That moment shaped something in me. Something that followed me across countries, languages, and careers. I grew up high-functioning, high-achieving—and deeply missconnected. I became a successful film producer and brand strategist in Europe, known for turning visions into stories. Yet my body held the invisible story of war: fear of darkness and thunderstorms, sudden panic attacks, autoimmune flare-ups that showed up on my skin – my body’s last line of defense.

Life felt like a fight – outside and within. I lived excessively restless, over-adapted, chronically alert. Eventually I started my holistic healing journey and also spent over a decade as a healing practitioner, trained in trauma work, energy medicine, and embodiment. And yet – despite everything I knew and taught – I still carried survival in my cells. I could name it, but I couldn’t fully shift it.

If you’ve done the work, but your body still holds tension… if you guide others while secretly feeling stuck yourself… I know that place. That threshold. That silent “no” inside the cells. True Body Intelligence was the first method that helped me fully land in my body – without overriding, performing, or collapsing. It didn’t fix me. It reconnected me. I exhaled. I remembered who I was before the fear. Now, as a Master TBI Practitioner, I guide visionary women, healers, and leaders through that same homecoming – from inherited stress, survival, and trauma to embodied feminine power, presence, and connection. Because when one woman finds her rhythm, she creates a field of safety around her. And when your body remembers who you are – your presence becomes your light.

How has TBI most impacted your life?
For me, it’s about becoming the first free woman of my lineage. And holding the field for others to do the same. TBI helped me access the layers of survival I couldn’t even think or talk my way through.

It was as if life had held me underwater for years — and finally, I was allowed to surface and inhale the entire universe.

TBI allowed me to realign and remember what my cells had never forgotten and to release – my trauma as well as my medicine, my power and my light. This work is sacred to me.
