Please tell us a little bit about your Transformational Journey.
I grew up with intense yet silent anxiety, fear, shame, depression, disconnection, and loneliness with a victim mentality, having no choice but to hide myself, please people, and obey an immovable, harsh fate. These emotions and beliefs enmeshed with a heavy workload in a runaway vicious cycle, culminating in an implosion type of nervous and physical breakdown a few months before the end of my residency, shy of my 30th birthday. The symptoms were so intense that I resorted to psychiatric medications, which I took for the most part of the next 30 years. Over this time period I tried several healing modalities with no, minimal or mild, temporary relief.

I found out about Christopher through an email, and ordered his book, which I read cover to cover in 2 days. As soon as I finished the book I called Christopher and we spoke for about an hour. It was the first time in my life I felt seen and understood. A few months later I started working with Christopher 1 on 1. A few months after that I decided to stop the medications and dropped into an intense withdrawal syndrome. With the continuous support of Christopher and his community I released the suppressed emotions, calmed my mind and my soul, opened my body, and connected to my heart. My life has expanded to a healthy self image, authentic self expression, compassion and freedom of choices

How has TBI most impacted your life?
I have become myself and i have developed a deep, honest relationship with my son, a few friends, Christopher, and his community.
