Please tell us a little bit about your Transformational Journey.
When I met Christopher and began True Body Intelligence, I didn’t realize how much survival energy I was living in. I was functioning at a level 10—drinking too much coffee, taking Ambien to sleep, and using alcohol to numb, all while being in excessive control. I was burned out, emotionally blocked, and completely disconnected from my body. This work showed me just how much I had been running—running from pain and from myself. TBI began to peel back the layers of over-performance and people-pleasing. It helped me release the deep stress patterns that had been stored in my tissues for decades. For the first time, I started to feel safe in my body, safe to slow down, to breathe and to feel.

Through this journey, one of the greatest gifts was that my relationship with food and my body began to soften. I stopped needing food to numb, fix, or control—and started to find food freedom and truly love my body. This shift became the foundation of my coaching program, Nourish Your Power, and the heart of my book Hungry, where I share my path to food freedom and self-trust. As I released the grip of control, I also stopped managing other people’s emotions to feel worthy. I stopped self-sacrificing. I let go of codependent relationships and began attracting deeper, more aligned connections. I now live with a more open heart, grounded emotions, and a deep connection to my body. This is the most honest and lasting healing I’ve ever experienced—and I continue to embody the work daily so I can stay light, free, and anchored in my truth.

How has TBI most impacted your life?
This work gave me my life back. It helped me move out of chronic stress, anxiety, and performance-based living, and into a grounded, embodied sense of self. I feel more at home in my body than I ever have. I’ve released patterns of control, codependency, and self-abandonment. I’ve healed pain I didn’t even know I was carrying. And perhaps most importantly, I’ve learned how to feel deeply, lead with integrity, and love without losing myself.
